If you change your mind you can return the Lift Chair for any reason as long as the box is unopened and the Lift Chair is in new condition. You may make a return within 15 days of receiving your Lift Chair and we will refund the entire invoice price less our shipping costs. The customer will be responsible for returning the Lift Chair to our Calgary, AB warehouse using their own insured shipping. The Lift Chair will be inspected on return and issued a full refund if the Lift Chair is in new condition (no damage, no sign of use or installation, no signs of abuse, etc.). Damaged or used Lift Chair will be subject to all or a portion of the refund being withheld at the discretion of LiftChairsDirect.ca.
Please note that products shipped back collect will be refused.

Warranty

This Lift Chair is covered by 5 Year Parts replacement warranty. LiftChairsDirect.ca will warrant that this Lift Chair will be free from material defects under normal use and maintenance during the warranty period. If a defective part is returned to LiftChairsDirect.ca and if LiftChairsDirect.ca determines the part(s) are defective, LiftChairsDirect.ca will repair or replace the parts at no cost to the customer.

This warranty does not cover

Normal wear and tear caused by using the Lift Chair under normal conditions
Deterioration caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, unsuitable attachments, over loading or straining, neglect, poor maintenance or repairs, abnormal use, or abuse.
